Article 1 (Objectives, etc.)

  1. ① A-ONE Emulsion's Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "These Terms and Conditions”) are intended to define the rights, obligations and responsibilities of "A-ONE Emulsion” and users in relation to the use by the users of the Internet-related services (“Service”).
  2. ② In the event a person who wants to become a user clicks the "Complete" button after going through the prescribed procedure established by "A-ONE Emulsion", the persons shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions. The rights, obligations and responsibilities of the users and “A-ONE Emulsion” other than those stipulated in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Telecommunications Business Act and other relevant laws and commercial practices of the Republic of Korea.

Article 2 (Definition of User)

  1. ① "User" refers to a person who accesses "A-ONE Emulsion" and signs up as a member of "A-ONE Emulsion" in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, and receives services provided by "A-ONE Emulsion".

Article 3 (Membership)

  1. ① A person who wants to become a user shall apply for membership registration by filling in member information in the registration form set by "A-ONE Emulsion" and clicking the "Complete" button.
  2. ② "A-ONE Emulsion" shall register the person who applied for membership as a member, unless the person who applied for membership as described in Paragraph 1 falls under any of the following subparagraphs:
    • 1. If the applicant for membership has previously lost his/her membership status under these Terms and Conditions; provided, however, that three years have passed since the loss of membership and the approval of membership re-registration is obtained from "A-One Emulsion".
    • 2. If there are of false information, omissions or errors in the registration details.
    • 3. If the registration as a member is judged to be significantly impeded by the technology of "A-ONE Emulsion."
  3. ③ The membership subscription agreement shall be deemed to have been concluded when the approval by "A-ONE Emulsion" reaches the applicant for subscription.
  4. ④ Upon occurrence of any change to the contents of the member information provided in Paragraph 1, the member shall immediately reflect such change.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)

  1. ① "A-ONE Emulsion" shall provide the following services to users:
    The entire services developed by "A-ONE Emulsion" or provided to members through cooperation contracts with other companies;
  2. ② "A-ONE Emulsion" may notify the user of the contents of the service to be changed and the date of provision by the method set forth in Article 7 Paragraph 2, and may change the provision of the service set forth in Paragraph 1.

Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

  1. ① "A-ONE Emulsion" may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance, inspection, replacement and breakdown of information and communication facilities such as computers, or interruption of communication, and replacement with new services, etc. "A-ONE Emulsion" may completely suspend the currently provided service for reasons deemed appropriate.
  2. ② In the case of service interruption per Paragraph 1, "A-ONE Emulsion" shall notify the user in the manner stipulated in the Terms and Conditions; provided, however, that this provision shall not be applicable if prior notice was not possible due to service interruption caused by reasons beyond the control of "A-ONE Emulsion" (disk failure without negligence of the system administrator, system down, etc.).

Article 6 (User Withdrawal and Loss of Eligibility, etc.)

  1. ① A user may request "A-ONE Emulsion" to revoke his/her membership registration at any time (user withdrawal), and, upon receipt of such request, "A-ONE Emulsion" shall take the necessary measure.
  2. ② In the event that a user falls under any of the following conditions, "A-ONE Emulsion" may restrict, suspend, or revoke the user's membership eligibility in an appropriate way:
    • 1. If any false information was registered when applying for membership
    • 2. If the order of electronic transactions was threatened, such as interfering with other people's use of the "Service" or stealing the information
    • 3. If the "Service" was used to conduct an act prohibited by laws and these Terms and Conditions, or contrary to public order and morals
  3. ③ If "A-ONE Emulsion" decides to revoke the user's membership, the membership registration shall be revoked. In this case, the member who is the user shall be notified of the decision before the membership registration is revoked, and an opportunity for explanation shall be given to the user within 30 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation notice.
  4. ④ In the event that the "user" does not log-in to use the "service" for 3 consecutive months while using the "service" after signing up for membership in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, "A-ONE Emulsion" may impose restrictions on the user.

Article 7 (Notification to Users)

  1. ① In the event that "A-ONE Emulsion" provides notification to any user, it may use the e-mail address entered at the time of initial registration with "A-ONE Emulsion".
  2. ② In the event that "A-ONE Emulsion" notifies a large number of unspecified users, it may be substituted for individual notification by posting it on the bulletin board of "A-ONE Emulsion."

Article 8 (Protection of User's Personal Information)

  1. ① When a user joins "A-ONE Emulsion" as a member, "A-ONE Emulsion" collects personal information including name, gender, address, contact information, and date of birth as the essential personal information for the purpose of providing customized services.
  2. ② "A-ONE Emulsion" strives to protect users' personal information, including user registration information, in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations. The protection of users' personal information is governed by the relevant laws and the "Personal Information Protection Policy" stipulated by "A-ONE Emulsion".

Article 9 (Obligations of "A-ONE Emulsion")

  1. ① “A-ONE Emulsion” does not engage in acts prohibited by laws and regulations or these Terms and Conditions or contrary to public order and morals, and strives to provide continuous and stable services as stipulated in these Terms and Conditions.
  2. ② "A-ONE Emulsion" establishes a security system to protect users' personal information (including credit information) so that users can safely use Internet services.
  3. ③ "A-ONE Emulsion" does not send commercial e-mails for commercial purposes that users do not want.
  4. ④ "A-ONE Emulsion" shall be responsible for compensating for damages caused by intentional or gross negligence of "A-ONE Emulsion" when a user uses the service.

Article 10 (Obligations for User ID and Password)

  1. ① Each user is responsible for the management of his/her ID and password, except where "A-ONE Emulsion" is responsible for it in accordance with the relevant laws and the "Personal Information Protection Policy".
  2. ② Users shall not allow third parties to use their ID and password.
  3. ③ When the user recognizes that his/her ID and password are stolen or used by a third party, he/she shall immediately notify "A-ONE Emulsion" and follow the instructions of "A-ONE Emulsion".

Article 11 (Obligations of Users)

  1. ① Users shall not engage in any of the following acts:
    • 1. Registering false information when applying for membership or changing
    • 2. Act of changing the information posted on "A-ONE Emulsion"
    • 3. Act that infringes the personal rights or intellectual property rights of "A-ONE Emulsion" and other third parties or interferes with their business
    • 4. Act of stealing another member's ID
    • 5. Posting chain letters, texts encouraging members to join any multilevel marketing, postings containing obscene or violent messages, video, audio, etc., or disclosing or posting information that goes against public order and morals.
    • 6. Posting any information (computer programs, etc.) prohibited from posting under the relevant laws
    • 7. Posting articles by pretending to be, or impersonating, an employee of "A-ONE Emulsion" or an administrator of "A-ONE Emulsion" or stealing the name of another person.
    • 8. Posting materials containing software viruses or other computer codes, files and programs designed to disrupt or destroy the normal operation of computer software, hardware, and telecommunications equipment;
    • 9. Harassing other users, such as stalking.
    • 10. Act of collecting, storing and disclosing personal information about other users without their consent.
    • 11. Conducting activities for profit using the services of "A-ONE Emulsion" by means of posting advertisements or propaganda targeting a large number of unspecified persons.
    • 12. Acts that violate the Terms and Conditions set forth in the service provided by "A-ONE Emulsion" and other regulations regarding service use
  2. ② "A-ONE Emulsion" may restrict, suspend, or revoke the membership of the user who has committed an act falling under Paragraph 1 in an appropriate way in accordance with Article 6, Paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Agreement.
  3. ③ The user shall be responsible for compensating for damages suffered by "A-ONE Emulsion" or other users due to reasons attributable to the user.

Article 12 (Deletion of Public Posts)

  1. ① If the content of a user's public posting falls under any of the following subparagraphs, "A-ONE Emulsion" may delete the relevant public posting without prior notice to the user, and may limit, suspend, or revoke the user's membership.
    • 1. Content that defames other users or third parties by slander, etc.
    • 2. Contents that disseminate information, sentences, figures, etc. that violate public order and morals
    • 3. Content judged to be related to criminal activity
    • 4. Content that infringes on the copyrights and other rights of other users or third parties
    • 5. Content judged to be in violation of other related laws
    • 6. Content that causes religious or political disputes, and is judged to disturb or interfere with the business of "A-ONE Emulsion" due to such disputes
  2. ② In the event another user or a third party takes civil or criminal legal action against the user or "A-ONE Emulsion" on the basis of infringement of legal interests due to the public posting of the user, and at the same time requests the deletion of posts related to legal action, "A-ONE Emulsion" may temporarily restrict access to the post until the result of such legal action (eg, prosecution's indictment, court's decision on provisional disposition, judgment on damages) comes out.

Article 13 (Copyright Ownership and Restriction on Use)

  1. ① Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by "A-ONE Emulsion" shall be vested in "A-ONE Emulsion".
  2. ② The user shall not use or cause any other person to use for profit the information obtained by using the "A-ONE Emulsion" by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting or other methods without the prior consent of the "A-ONE Emulsion".

Article 14 (Amendment of Terms and Conditions)

  1. ① "A-ONE Emulsion" may amend these Terms and Conditions to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws, such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Transactions, the Electronic Signature Act, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization.
  2. ② However, if the amendment is unfavorable to the "user", it will be notified from thirty (30) days before the effective date to the day before the effective date.
  3. ③ "User" shall have the right to reject the changed terms and conditions. "User" may express his/her intention to reject within fifteen (15) days after the changed terms and conditions are announced. If the "user" refuses, "A-ONE Emulsion" may terminate the contract with the "user". If the "user" does not indicate his/her intention to refuse within fifteen (15) days after the notice of the changed terms and conditions, the user shall be deemed to have agreed to the changed terms and conditions.

Article 15 (Jurisdiction)

  1. The disputes arising in relation to service use between "A-ONE Emulsion" and users shall be governed by Korean laws, and lawsuits arising from such disputes shall be brought to the courts of the Republic of Korea having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.

Addendum

  1. This Privacy Policy shall be effective from January 1, 2020
