TLF is a performance-enhanced modified emulsified asphalt that improves curing speed, non-adhesiveness, and durability, helping to reduce road maintenance costs. It also significantly extends the lifespan of porous and low-noise pavements, which are increasingly emphasized.

It is suitable for the sites of re-construction work after cutting, night work, surface treatment of old pavements, and also for the tack coat of cement or water permeable pavements.
