Installation Method
- 01Base cleaning: Thoroughly remove foreign substances including oil and clean the base.
- 02Application of asphalt primer: Apply asphalt primer upon base cleaning (0.3KG/㎡)
- 031st application: After cleaning the base, apply the product using a roller, brush, etc. (0.9KG/㎡)
- 04Attachment of reinforcing material: Attach reinforcing material after 1st coat of waterproofing material
- 052nd application: Upon 1st application, check the dry conditions and perform the 2nd application (0.8KG/㎡).
- 063rd application: Upon 2nd application, check the dry conditions and perform the 3rd application (0.8KG/㎡).

- 031st application: After checking the dry condition of the asphalt primer, apply it evenly using a roller or brush (1.5KG/㎡).
- 04Attachment of reinforcing material: Attach the reinforcing cloth after the 1st application of the membrane waterproofing material.
- 052nd application: After checking the dry condition, apply it evenly using a roller, brush, etc. (1.5KG/㎡).
- 063rd application: Apply it evenly using a roller, brush, etc. (1.5KG/㎡)
Based on the MOLIT’s Standard Specifications on Membrane Waterproofing Work (KCS 41 40 01: 2016)
Note 1) For the rubber asphalt-based membrane waterproofing material, the solid content represents 60% of the amount of material used, and for the other materials, the amount used is converted to ensure an average waterproofing layer thickness of 2.7mm.
* Usage (KG/㎡) = 4.7(KG/㎡) X 60% / Solid content of waterproofing material used (%)
